Joint one6G and euRobotics workshop “6G Empowering Polyfunctional Robotics” (@IEEE CSCN 2026)

We are pleased to announce a joint one6G and euRobotics Connected Robotics Topic Group workshop “6G Empowering Polyfunctional Robotics” taking place at the IEEE Conference on Standards for Communications and Networking (IEEE CSCN) 2026.

This half-day workshop will bring together leading experts from academia, industry, and standardisation bodies to explore how 6G networks, connected robotics, and Physical AI will shape the next generation of intelligent cyber-physical systems.

The workshop will provide a platform for discussions on emerging technologies enabling future robotic ecosystems, including AI-native communications, ultra-reliable connectivity, intelligent automation, and the convergence of communication, computation, and robotics towards truly connected and autonomous systems.

Keynote Speakers
• Periklis Chatzimisios – International Hellenic University, Greece & University of New Mexico, USA
• Kamran Sayrafian – National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), USA

Workshop Co-Chairs
• Kaveh Ahmadi – PredWise, Türkiye
• Lina Mohjazi – University of Glasgow, UK
• Mehmet Başaran – Turkcell, Türkiye
