one6G at Bharat International 6G Symposium

The 3rd International Bharat 6G Symposium 2026, organised by the Bharat 6G Alliance (B6GA), was held in New Delhi on October 7-9. The Symposium brought together global and regional technology alliances, telecom operators, industry leaders, research institutions and academia, policymakers, and other stakeholders from around the world to advance collaboration toward the development of next-generation communication technologies and India’s 6G requirements.
one6G and B6GA have recently signed an MOU as a joint framework for collaboration and strategic partnership, through e-signing during the one6G Summit 2026 at King’s College London in September. The MOU exchange officially took place during the B6GA Symposium inaugurated by the Honourable Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, Government of India. Javan Erfanian, Chair of the 6G Architecture WG at one6G, attended the Symposium on behalf of the GTI Alliance, and also represented one6G for the MoU exchange, which was presented by Professor Rohit Budhiraja, Vice Chairman of B6GA.
