Best Demo and Poster Awards winners revealed at one6G Summit 2026 in London

The one6G Summit 2026 concluded with a celebratory finale as the recipients of the Best Demo and Poster Awards were announced on stage.

Held on September 10–11, 2026, at King’s College London, UK, the one6G Summit 2026 brought together global experts, researchers, and innovators for two days of high-level presentations, lively Q&A sessions, and immersive technical showcases. One of the highlights of this year’s program was the expanded exhibition area, where 19 live prototypes and applications were pitched on the main stage and presented up close to an international audience.

For the first time, the event also featured an Interactive Poster Session alongside the live demonstrations, offering participants an even broader look at breakthrough research across sensing, robotics, agentic AI, and network architecture.

The audience was invited to cast their votes for the most impactful contributions across both tracks. At the closing ceremony, the top demonstrations and posters were honored with the Best Demo and Poster Awards:

Best Demo Awards:

  • Importance of Service-Level Energy Consumption Control in 6G by INTERNET INSTITUTE]

  • CHIRP: Distributed ISAC with Unsynchronized FMCW Sensors by UPV

  • Antenna Tilt Failure Estimation by TURKCELL

Best Poster Award:

  • ORAN NTN Regenerative Payload Testbed with RIC Monitoring by DLR

This recognition highlights not only the technical excellence and ingenuity of the awardees but also the collaborative spirit driving the global 6G ecosystem forward. From agentic AI-based mobile core networks and digital twin environments to ISAC platforms, cell-free massive MIMO, and medical remote operations, the showcased work reflected some of the most critical research directions shaping next-generation networks.

As the one6G Summit 2026 drew to a close, participants left London energized by the exchange of ideas and inspired by the live innovations on display. The inaugural combined Best Demo and Poster Awards served as a powerful reminder of how the one6G community continues to turn visionary research into the connected reality of tomorrow.
