one6G Working Group Chairs talk about the activities of the one6G Association and share their views on 6G framework technologies in the ComSoc Technology News Podcasts

one6G WG1 Vice-Chair Periklis Chatzimisios from International Hellenic University, Greece, one6G WG2 Vice Chair, Luca De Nardis from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, and one6G WG4 Chair, Josef Eichinger from Huawei, Germany were recently invited to the IEEE CTN podcast hosted by Aryan Kaushik, the IEEE CTN Senior Editor and Professor at the University of Sussex to discuss the activities of the one6G Association and share their views on 6G framework technologies.

The chairs had a chance to present the work conducted within their respective working groups pondering over the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for 6G. In addition to the technical and innovation-based challenges, the group has also looked into ethical and regulatory considerations, security and privacy issues, industry use cases, and wider applications of 6G beyond just connectivity.
