On November 9-10, 2023, the one6G Association organized the third edition of the one6G Summit. This two-day conference organized in Munich, Germany brought together more than 130 participants, including the world’s top experts from policy, industry, and academia who gathered to discuss the future of 6G technology.

The one6G Summit 2023 was dedicated to the exploration and advancement of 6G technology. The event gathered over 40 speakers and featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, technical sessions, as well as xx parallel demo exhibitions. The sessions covered a wide range of topics, from technical developments of 6G networks to their potential societal impacts, such as bridging the digital divide and enhancing global connectivity.

The Summit attracted a global audience of 170 participants from nearly 30 countries who travelled to Munich to explore how the vertical digital revolution can be empowered through global 6G. Munich, known for its strong technological ecosystem and innovative spirit, provided an ideal backdrop for discussions on the future of wireless technology, as highlighted by Clemens Baumgärtner, the Head of Labor and Economic Development Department of the city of Munich.

The aim of the one6G Summit 2023 was to foster collaboration among industry leaders, academics, and policymakers working in the field of 6G technology. With the increasing global reliance on wireless communication, the development of 6G is seen as essential for meeting the world’s growing data and connectivity needs. The Summit sought to share knowledge, drive innovation, and create a roadmap for the development and the right implementation of 6G networks.
