one6G Presents 6G Vision and Priorities at 3GPP 6G Workshop in Incheon
one6G participated in the 3GPP 6G Workshop, held on March 10-11, 2025, in Incheon, South Korea. The event provided a platform for 3GPP members to share their perspectives on next-generation radio technology, system architecture, core network, and protocols.
The workshop gathered 748 in-person attendees, with additional online participants bringing the total to 1,676 registered attendees. A total of 219 contributions were presented by operators, vendors, academia, and Market Representative Partners (MRPs), highlighting the industry’s collective efforts in shaping the future of 6G.
Representing one6G, Riccardo Guerzoni, Director of the Core Network Group, DOCOMO Euro-Labs delivered a presentation during the morning session on March 10, dedicated to operators and MRPs. His presentation, titled “6G Vision and Priorities,” outlined the one6G Association’s perspective on key technological enablers for the next generation of mobile networks. As a 3GPP Market Representative Partner, one6G contributes to the discussion on 6G advancements, helping to drive innovation and align industry priorities.
The workshop served as a significant milestone in the ongoing development of 6G, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and shaping the roadmap for future standards. one6G remains committed to supporting the evolution of 6G through active participation in global initiatives and standardization efforts.
